Terms of Service

The service

LINDIEL helps contractors answer new requests, follow up, keep in touch with past clients, plan marketing and work with partners. It works with your LINEAS OI account. Features may change over time; we will tell you before we remove something you rely on.

Your account and the people you invite

Keep sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone used your account. You decide who gets a seat and what each seat can see, and you are responsible for what the people you invite do in LINDIEL.

Your responsibilities when you market

• Contact people only when you have the right to: follow email and text-message laws, keep the consent you collect, and honour opt-outs.
• Make sure what you say in your marketing is true, including licence numbers, prices and claims about your work.
• Use photos, designs and other material only when you have the rights to them.
• Review drafts that LINDIEL's AI assistant writes. You decide what is sent in your name.

What you may not do

• Break the law, send spam, or harass anyone.
• Upload malicious code, or try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Copy, resell or take apart the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Overload the service or get around its limits.

Your content and our rights

What you and your contacts put into LINDIEL stays yours. You let us store, copy and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. LINDIEL itself, its design and its code belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other services

Parts of LINDIEL depend on other companies, such as email delivery, ad platforms and video meetings. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Fees

Fees, if any, are those in your order or plan. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using LINDIEL at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After closing, you can export your information during the export window, and then it is deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.

No guarantees

LINDIEL is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your marketing will produce any particular result.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for LINDIEL in the 12 months before the claim.

You will cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from your content or from your marketing breaking the law.

Law and disputes

California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and tell you of important changes at least 30 days before they apply.
